このアクティビティをユニークなものにしているのは、通常の観光ルートとはかけ離れた、クレタ島の現実の働く中心部を通る親密な旅を提供していることです。 天然石鹸をかき混ぜたり、プレスで採れたてのオリーブオイルを味わったり、スーパーの棚には決して届かないワインをすったりと、実演を見るだけでなく、職人たちの横に立ってみたり。 すべての停留所は家族経営で、すべての握手は本物で、すべての味は何世代にもわたるケアから生まれた。
ハーブの香り、オリーブの木の香り、ブドウの発酵など、本物の香りに浸った午後は、ガイドからではなく、作り手自身から学びます。 日没までに、クレタ人が島の宝は手作りで、ハートメイドであり、分かち合うものだと言う理由がわかるでしょう。
