午後遅くに出発し、グラン・ソッコ上空の光が柔らかくなる中、タンジェの賑やかなメインマーケットや、地元の人々が買い物や食事を楽しみ、一日の終わりにくつろぐ古いメディナを通ります。 夕暮れ前に街が金色に輝き、夕食の香りが充満し始める過渡期のタンジェです。
これから4時間かけて、この街の食の心を味わいます。 蜂蜜とアーモンドのアムルーを使ったマウンテンジベンチーズを味わったり、クリーミーなひよこ豆のカリエンテスに舌鼓を打ち、香り高いタジンで地元の人しか知らない数十年の歴史を持つレストランを訪れてみましょう。 地下にある共同オーブンでタンジェの燃えるような食の伝統を学び、繊細なワッカペストリーが手作りされるのを眺めたり、ナッツたっぷりのアラビア菓子や自家焙煎のスパイスコーヒーで夜を締めくくるなど、驚きの連続です。
市場、裏通り、隠れたキッチンをまたいだ15+のテイスティングで、地元の人々が知っているタンジェの食シーンを捉えた黄昏の饗宴。
