リーチ・サミット・タラムルート（2,600m ） ： イムリル渓谷とイメナン渓谷、トブカル山塊が360°途切れることなく見渡せるあまり知られていない山頂。
観光トレッキングルート : タマテルト渓谷を登り、ベルベル人の村アイト・スーカを通り、ティツィ・ンタマテルト峠（2,280m）を越え、香り高い松林と尾根の小道を歩く。
穏やかだがやりがいのあるトレッキング : 1,700mから2,600mまで徐々に上昇し、通常の休憩所もあり、ほとんどの旅行者に適している。 そして1時間50分〜2時間戻る
本格ベルベルランチ：トレッキングの後はイムリルの地元家族が作る手作りの食事をお楽しみください。
