クラスを終えると、アルゼンチンの代表的なワイン（マルベック）を片手に、自家製エンパナーダを試食します。
体験は典型的で独創的なコンヴェンティージョ（移民の大衆の家）の内部にある。 なので、移住者たちのかつての暮らしぶりを見るチャンスがあります。
