So much fun! Everything was neatly organized and easy to understand. The host and his wife were super friendly and talked us through all the dishes. The food also tasted really good, we were able to modify all spice levels.
The cooking was a memorable experience. Young was patient, through and very knowledgeable. Well prepared and ready! The pace was just right and the conversations were colorful and detailed regarding the various Thai region cuisines.
Young was a very gracious host and very knowledgeable with Thai food and customs. If you want a good meal and a good time this is for you.
