VJによるプーケット・タイ・クッキングの料理教室は、居心地の良いフレンドリーなスタイルの環境です。
あなたは見るだけでなく、伝統的なタイ料理の調理に参加することになります。
私たちは、乳鉢と乳棒を使って自分でカレーペーストを一から作る方法を教え、教えます（MSGは使用せず、市販の既製品を購入することもありません）。
また、料理の一環として、地元の市場を訪れ（市場ツアー付きのクラスの場合）、地元のエキゾチックな果物や野菜を学び、味わいます。常に新しいものを見たり味わったりすることがたくさんあります。
