築100年以上の家で、ホストのベレンと彼女のチーム「アサドラス」（すべて女性のグリル職人）と一緒に、本格的なアサド/バーベキュー アルヘンティーノの作り方を学びます。 3代続く同家でのクラスをお楽しみいただけます。このクラスの一環として、肉のさまざまなカットについて学び、伝統的なチミチュリ ソースを準備し、おいしいマルベック ワインを楽しみます。
