シャチ・プロジェクトは、単なる試飲ではありません。フライトのすべてのワインには、本当の物語が隠されています。 太平洋岸北西部の才能あるワイン醸造家やブドウ畑と協力しており、各ボトルには地元のシャチ島のアーティストによるオリジナルのアートワークが施されています。 フライトを案内する時、テイスティングノートだけでなく、そのブドウ畑の由来や作った人、ラベルをデザインしたアーティストなど、 かなりクールな組み合わせで、この地域でこれほど素晴らしいものは他にありません。

Lovely little place, surprisingly enjoyable wines and prompt service. What more could you want I'm not sure but it was a bargain
Everyone was incredible and kind! Wine was excellent and the whole town is so welcoming. This is a must see to get the feeling of the entire community.
