魂の冒険に出かけよう！ シグネチャー・ムーンシャインの味わいを楽しみながら、ウイスキーの豊かで反抗的な歴史とアメリカを形作る役割について学びましょう。 すりつぶし、発酵、ポット蒸留の科学と技術を紹介し、キングス・カウンティ蒸留所が禁酒法以来NYCで最も古い蒸留所になるまでの裏側を紹介します。 次に、私たちのバレルルームに足を踏み入れ、オークがクリアスピリットを豊かで風味豊かなウィスキーに変える方法を明らかにしながら、天使の分け前を吸い込みましょう。 最後には、入手困難な逸品を含む4種類のシグネチャーウイスキーをガイド付きでテイスティング。 所要時間は約75分。まさに本物のウイスキー愛好家になれる時間です。

Had a great tour of the distillery from Erica who was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Expect to learn the history, process, and taste some delicious samples! Would highly recommend :)
