この区画は 新しいことじゃない ジュセップは2017年からトロントのガイドを務めている。 2019年からウィリアムのガイドを務めています。彼はこのツアーの最初の章をリードし、その後、セントローレンスマーケットと蒸留所地区の新しい時代に向けて一から再構築しました。 このルートの全てのキッチンは、彼を名前で知っている。
チェックリストではなく、ストーリーテリング。 慌ただしい2時間の間に、ピーミールベーコンがトロントのオリジナルになった経緯、蒸留所のピザがカナダ独自の発明であると主張する理由、バタータルト論争の最終的な決着について語ります。
