Exceptional experience
This tour was excellent I recommend it without reservation. Rachel took us on a fascinating and leisurely tour of the town visiting beautifully selected stop offs with food and drink producers who create exceptional food and drink. We were perfectly full by the end and every taste and sample was delicious. Food tour of Saffron Walden
A truly wonderful food tour! The 6 independent artisans had exquisite food and/or drink to sample.
The food tour was lead by a historically knowledgeable food expert.
So great to be introduced to all of them (some you'd never stumble across when exploring Saffron Walden yourselves).
So good we returned on market day to gather some food to take home and, revive ourselves by having brunch.

Local Society Visit
This was a special Food Tour designed for a local society. A group of 10 members enjoyed a fantastic experience with Rachel where there was lots of surprise information provided by Rachel in a very fun way. The food stops were extremely well organised and all were delicious. Highly recommended.

Joy in Saffron Walden
I’ve lived in the area for nearly 30 years and yet Rachel brought Saffron Walden into vivid light! Absolutely wonderful combination of good food, interesting drinks and yummy treats plus history! Great afternoon, I thoroughly recommend!

Discovering the market
Rachel told us about the history of one of the oldest markets in Englands and then took us to stalls to hear their stories and taste their wares. What an interesting bunch. An ex-electrician who sells cheese, an ex-banker who sells coffee: and you have to find out what the sausage founder used to do.: they all have passion for their wares in common. Some start ups (first time in the market) and others there for 3 generations.
