モンフォルテ・ダルバ近郊でトリュフ狩りを楽しみながら、ピエモンテで最も本格的な伝統の1つを発見しましょう。 トリュフの品種や、狩猟家と犬の魅惑的な絆、世代を超えて受け継がれる狩猟技術を学びながら、プロのトリフォラオと訓練を受けた犬と一緒に、この地域で最も貴重な料理の宝を求めて森のトレイルを探索しましょう。 体験の最後は地元のワインショップで、厳選された地元ワインと黒トリュフ入りチーズをスクラッチで上に乗せてガイド付きでテイスティング。

Such a unique and fun experience! Marina, Reno, Elio, Bruna and the dogs were fantastic. I would recommend to anyone who is traveling to this area to try it!
