My wife and I and her cousin had a wonderful time during the cheese demonstration, hands on experience, and cheese tasting with wine! What a beautiful property with flowers, vegetable garden, and lemon trees. Such friendly hosts who speak English well. I highly recommend this activity, and it was one of the highlights of our Italian vacation. Wow! One of the greatest experiences of our trip in Tuscany. The staff was competent, friendly and the site was magnificent. We learned a lot while cooking and we had a lot of fun!

There wasn't one thing that I did not like. It was a great trip. Linda, George and Whitney go well beyond what you would expect to make sure you have a wonderful time. The cooking school was fun, as well as the truffle hunting! The room was very comfortable and clean. If you have the chance to go there, GO!!!!! You will not be sorry, I went in May of 2018, could enter the correct date in.

My daughter and I did the 7 day Cook in Tuscany trip in June 2019. It was truly the trip of a lifetime! Cooking classes, wine tasting and some of the the best dining you can imagine. Not to mention the beautiful country and the hotel where we stayed, just world class. Plus our hosts Linda, George and Whitney were just awesome. Then add the joy of sharing this with my daughter! Such an amazing hidden gem in Tuscany! Stayed for a week with my mom cooking, eating and drinking! Amazing food and atmosphere! George, Linda and Whitney are exceptions hosts who think of everything.
