アンデス山脈の眺めを楽しみながら、ウコ渓谷のワイナリーを訪れ、素晴らしいワインを味わいながら、マルベックのグラスを片手に、忘れられない素晴らしい一日をお過ごしください。
朝（通常は午前9時10分）に宿泊先までお迎えにあがり、そこから象徴的なルート40を南下し、西に向きを変えてバレーを上り始める地点までドライブします。
ウコ渓谷に到着するには約1時間15分かかる。
この日は、次の場所を訪れます。
-ワイナリー3軒。4/5のワインのテイスティングと、そのうちの2軒でのツアー、3軒目でワインとペアになったグルメコースのランチ。
-私たちは通常訪問します：ドメーヌ・ブスケ、アンデルーナまたはサランテインとラ・アズール。
小さいものを好む場合はまた、エスカラヒューマナやフィンカアデルマは良いアイデアだけでなく、フィンカソフィア）

午後4時頃から市内に戻り、午後5時半にメンドーサへ
