こんにちは！メキシカン スピリッツ クラブは、古代からメキシコで生産されたスピリッツに情熱を傾ける友人のグループです。私たちは、ラパスの中心部にある小さなテキーラ クラブでテイスティングとペアリングを行っています。ここでは通常、週に 1 ～ 2 回集まり、街の他の場所では見られない国中のクラフト スピリッツを味わっています。ハリスコ州、オアハカ州、ゲレロ州、チワワ州、デュランゴ州、バハ カリフォルニア スル州など、メキシコのさまざまな州のテキーラ、メスカル、ダミアナ、ソトル、ライシラなどのスピリッツを添えて、さまざまなペアリングでテイスティングを行います。各テイスティングでは、スピリッツの精緻化のプロセス、それぞれの歴史とフレーバー、そして私たちの国の食べ物でさまざまなフレーバーを収集する方法について話し合います。
