Cerciz Topulli広場で待ち合わせ、ホストと合流し、最も古い地区の1つである「Pazar i Vjeter」まで歩いて、Marjetaと彼女の夫に会います。グループの仲間とおしゃべりしながら、ラキまたはソフトドリンクでクラスを始めます。私たちが準備する料理はベジタリアンメニューで、マルジェータの指導の下、3つの料理を学びます。 1つ目はヨーグルトを中心とした「Qofte bobollaqe」と呼ばれ、ジロカストラにしか見られない伝統的な「Qifqis」で、主に米と「ハスデ」と呼ばれる砂漠で構成されています。これら3つすべてに、マルジェタがすでに用意した季節のサラダが付いています。すべてのハードワークの後、グループと一緒に座って、それぞれの料理を味わいます。メニューに無料のグラスワイン、ラキ、またはソフトドリンクを合わせて、食事をしながらおしゃべりを楽しみましょう。お料理教室はお食事で終了となります。
