+7 枚の写真Fantastic tour with many off the beaten path sites. We were so glad that we did this, as we would have never gotten some of the history and sites included on this tour. Our group had a great time with the cooking class and loved what we made!
We had a fantastic afternoon with our guide Kata discussing Austro-Hungarian history and influence on today's cooking at the Parliament and Central Market Hall. She picked out small local plums and sauerkraut with us before heading to the cooking instruction room near Budapest-Kelepi rail station where we cooked a version of Hungarian goulash in the same style her family would make at home, then made a poppyseed plum dumpling dessert.
