ワインとチーズという私たちの伝統の最も 古典的な ワインの試飲をお楽しみください！ 有機アッシジDOCとウンブリアIGTワインの最もユニークな 組み合わせと、農場と地元の生産者のチーズ、ジャム、バルサミコ酢を味わうことができます。
テイスティングメニューは、明らかにお客様の食事ニーズ/アレルギー/不耐症（乳糖不使用、グルテン不使用、ベジタリアンなど）を満たすように変更できます。 悪天候や寒さや暑さで外にいられない場合は、テイスティングルーム内で試飲を行います。 特別なご要望がございましたら、ご遠慮なくお問い合わせください！
ただし、スペッロの市内中心部、アッシジの鉄道駅、または地元のホテル からの固定料金のリクエストに応じて提供しています。
