カンティーナ デッレ リパルテのテラスで歓迎された後、トスカーナの群島を見下ろすポッジョ トゥルコのブドウ園に向かって歩きながら、エステートとブドウ畑の歴史を紹介します。ここでは、ブドウ園の生活に関する情報を受け取ります。この観点から、有名な建築家トビア・スカルパの作品であるセラー全体を賞賛します。
セラーに戻った後、ワイン製造プロセスについて簡単に説明します。体験の第 2 部では、ここで生産された 3 つのワインを試飲します。ワインには、さまざまな味のトスカーナ料理 (職人が塩漬けにした肉、スパイスを効かせたチーズ、郷土料理) が添えられます。
その後、ティレニア海の息をのむような景色を望むテーブルに着席するセラーテラスに到着します。
