個人的なテイスティングの経験の中で、ブルガリアのワインの独特の世界をご案内します。ブルガリアは5000年にわたってワインを生産してきましたが、世界の他の地域ではまだ比較的知られていません。現在、ブルガリアのブティックワインメーカーの新世代が増え続けており、この技術に専念し、我が国に新たな注目を集めています。
ブルガリアならではの地元産の5種類のワインを味わうことができます。他の場所では見つけることができません。Miskets、Melnik、Mavrud、Gumza、Rubinです。さらに、地元のチーズ、職人のパン、ミネラルウォーター。
テイスティングは、ソフィアで最高のブティックワインショップの1つであるテンプスヴィーニで開催されます。テンプスヴィーニは、高級レストランやブティックで知られる市内中心部の芸術的な通りにあります。そして、ソフィアの主要な歩行者通りから少し離れた通り。
テイスティング中に、私の美しい国の歴史やワイン文化など、ブルガリアのワイン産地についてお話しできます。
テイスティングはすべて英語またはブルガリア語で行われます
