ペリェシャツはクロアチアで2番目に大きな半島で、ドゥブロヴニクから車で1時間弱の場所にあります。 この地域は国内でも最高級の赤ワインの生産地として有名である。 太陽、海の反射、周囲の丘陵というユニークな「三重絶縁」効果により、ペリェシャツのブドウ畑で栽培されたブドウは、高い天然糖度を育みます。
