有機ワインの世界で素晴らしいツアーの準備をしなさい：あなたは素晴らしい有機ワインを作るためにすべてのプロセスを説明するTiliファミリーのメンバーと共に最も古い有機ワイナリーのうちの1つを訪問するでしょう。その後、ガイド付き試飲会で、アッシジDOCとウンブリアIGTの5種類のオーガニックワインを試すことができます。ワインは、オーガニックのエキストラバージンオリーブオイルの入った温かいブルスケット、ジャムの入ったチーズとサラミ、そして甘いワインの入った地元産のビスコッティと組み合わせられます。最後にあなたは見習いワインメーカーの認定を受けます！
