セラーを探索し、地元の美食と組み合わせたワインの試飲体験を満喫してください。
このテイスティングは 3 つの段階で展開されます。ブドウ畑の列を散策し、収穫と収穫の間の季節の過程について学びます。ワイン醸造と熟成のための技術と材料を明らかにするセラー訪問。最後に、地元のエクストラバージン オリーブオイルを使用したブルスケッタと地元のハムとチーズの盛り合わせを伴う 3 種類のワイン (IGT コスタ トスカーナ ロッソ 2022、IGT サンジョヴェーゼ トスカーナ 2020、IGT メルロー トスカーナ 2020) のテイスティング (パンと水が含まれます) 。
