ワイナリーの隅々には物語があります。 4つのシグネチャーワインのテイスティングに導かれながら、その土地とそれを栽培する人々の歴史、献身、火山性など、あらゆるノートとニュアンスを解き明かしていきます。
ワインテイスティングには、各ワインと一緒に軽食のペアリングが提供されます。
「ビヨンド・ザ・アッシュズ」は、土壌を形作った火山灰が今日でもワインの特徴を特徴づけ続けているように、カナリア諸島のマイルストーンとなった1999年を象徴するワイン「セニーザス・デ・ティマンファヤ」へのオマージュであり、うなずきでもあります。
