新鮮な食材を選ぶことは、アオナンのヤズタイクッキングスクールでクラスを始める方法です。豊かな色彩、独特の風味、香ばしいスパイスをおいしい新鮮な食材と組み合わせて、完璧なタイ料理を調理する秘訣を発見してください。本格的なタイ料理の調理を通して、本場のタイ文化を感じていただけます。伝統的な調理器具と技術を使用して、味のバランスを取り、完全な料理をゼロから調理する技術を学びます。カレーペーストの準備は、タイ料理の最もユニークで重要な側面の 1 つです。石臼で一緒にすりつぶしながら、ハーブとスパイスについて学びます。調理できるメニュー項目には、カレーペースト、マッサマンカレー、レッドカレーチキン、スパイシーエビのスープ、チキンミントサラダ、パッタイ、チキンとカシューナッツの炒め物、甘酸っぱい炒め物、チキン入りチャーハン、または野菜。あなたのクラスは、あなたが一日かけて準備したタイ料理を楽しんで終わります. 炒め物、カレー、タイのスープ、サラダを作る新しい料理のスキルを持って家に帰り、友人や家族に感銘を与えるでしょう。

Get picked up from your hotel in Ao Nang or Ao Nam Mao. The exact pick-up time will be confirmed by email after you have made the booking. If you stay in Krabi Town, there is an extra fee of 500 THB per group (max 8 people) for the round-trip transfer which has to be paid on the day of the trip. If you stay in Klong Muang, there is an extra fee of 500 THB per group (max 8 people) for the round-trip transfer which has to be paid on the day of the trip. If you stay in Tubkaek Beach, there is an extra fee of 600 THB per group (max 8 people) for the round-trip transfer which has to be paid on the day of the trip. If you stay at Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas, please take the hotel shuttle boat to Nopparat Thara Pier in Ao Nang. If you stay at Railay Beach, we offer a pickup service from the boat ticket office at Ao Nam Mao Pier which is just a 15-minute longtail boat ride from Railay East. If you stay in Ton Sai, please come to the meeting point at Phra Nang Inn reception in Ao Nang.
