この少人数のフードツアーは、わずか8名のゲストのみの参加で、メリダの食文化をよりパーソナルで臨場感あふれるものにすることができます。 単に料理を味わうだけでなく、マヤ文明の昔ながらのレシピからスペイン語の影響によって形作られた料理まで、ユカタンの大胆な味の背景にある歴史を解き明かします。
