EXCEPTIONAL VEGAN TOFU PANCAKE, FRESH VEGAN ROLLS AND EGG COFFEE
CRAZY if you don't visit... My first experience with Vietnamese Tofu pancake (not the kind Americans think of)... I rolled pretty good and the dipping sauce so refreshing. HEAVEN! Also had vegan fresh spring rolls. I learned that my egg coffee (desert drink) isn't to be stirred (use little spoon for sips) definitely tastes different than stirred...I like both ways.
My server Noah was EXCEPTIONAL, demonstrated how to make rolls and recommendations perfect!

ONE OF THE BEST EXPERIENCE IN HANOI
One of the best experience that I had in Hanoi Vietnam. The host took us to local market to buy some ingredients for our cooking class. She introduced everything in details and showed us how to choose the good one. And then we come back to restaurant and started cooking there. We had Beef Pho, Bun Cha fried pork and fresh beef spring rolls. The host and the chef were so nice and enthusiastic while teaching. Great cooking class 🥰🥰🥰
We had the best time at Hong Hoai cooking class! We went to the local market before the class to pickup some ingredients for the 3 dishes we planned to cook and got some insight into the local life here in restaurant. The guide was amazing at explaining what the ingredients were and what we needed to do. We will be coming back next time we come to Ha Noi

Great experience in VietNam
We had few day free in Hanoi. Absolutely the cooking class at Hoang restaurant was good choice. We went to local market and have so many prepared for cooking. We had Pho, chicken and pork roll. So yummy. Will do it at home.😊😊😊😊. Thank for everyone
