Amazing

This was a wonderful experience! Denise was so welcoming and hospitable. We learned all about how to make each dish and she was not in a hurry to explain everything. We made everything and got to eat it in a lovely and relaxed environment.

Expérience inoubliable

Une expérience fantastique. Nous faisons souvent des activités cuisine au gré de nos voyages. Mais c'était la 1ère fois avec une vraie chef qui a l'habitude d'enseigner la cuisine. Denise a vraiment à cœur de transmettre ses connaissances et cela se sent pendant toute l'activité. Nous avons passé un magnifique moment à discuter de cuisine mais aussi du Mexique et de la vie sur place. Et repartir avec le pdf des recettes est un plus très apprécié !

Salsas under the Yucatan Rainy Sun

It was an intimate and fun experience in cooking. A must do while visiting Merida. Learn Yucatan cooking with historical information of the area. It was fun learning about history and cooking... Can't wait to teach my high school students how t make healthy salsa during my nutrition course.. That will be fun!!

Amazing local cooking class

We loved this cooking class! Chef Denise and her son were so lovely and welcoming. We learnt a lot about the local cuisine and history too! We enjoyed learning to make quesadillas, tamales, tacos, soup and a delicious flan for dessert. Highly recommended 😊
