This was a very intimate and personalized experience that went above and beyond my expectations. I was expecting to make pasta and a sauce. But I was not expecting to make new connections with people I've never met before, be given a personalized apron and learn about the history of Pescara, the architectural history, how food and arts and community connections have changed over time.
