프로그램 세부사항
Aegean Gastronomy의 밤은 화요일과 토요일에 매주 두 번 개최됩니다. 참가자 수는 매번 제한되어 있으며, 이는 우리의 요리사가 6 개의 요리로 구성된 특별 메뉴를 준비하는 장점을 제공합니다.
우리 셰프는 현지 재료와 같은 날의 신선한 낚시를 사용하여 생선 기반의 코스를 준비합니다.
산토리니에서 Asyrtiko, 파로스에서 Malagouzia, Kefalonia에서 Robola, Mantineia에서 Mosholfilero 및 마케도니아에서 달콤한 Malagouzia와 함께 Aegean Gastronomy의 밤을 동반 할 수있는 5 개의 와인 레이블. 각 품종의 선택은 세심하게 제공되는 코스와 일치하도록 수행됩니다. 에지아 맛집 메뉴를 동반하는 와인 맛집은 선택 사항이며, 사람당 40 유로입니다.
