Authentic Delicious & Full of Culture
I had an incredible experience on this African food tasting tour in Johannesburg. From start to finish, the tour was well organized, informative, and delicious.
My guides were knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about sharing the rich history and cultural significance behind each dish. I appreciated how the tour went beyond simply tasting food—it provided a deeper understanding of South Africa’s diverse cultures and traditions.

I would recommend this to anyone!
Charles and Mboi were awesome. They made us comfortable from the beginning. They seem very knowledgeable about the local area and told us a little bit of African history at every stop . The food stop were wonderful and all delicious. Our favorite was the last stop, the South African cuisine. This was a very gritty and down to earth tour. Most importantly we felt safe the entire time

A mixed bag
Really nice guys who ran this. Good conversation and a fun way to get to experience a variety of African foods. I enjoyed the evening. However, it was two hours, not three and was overpriced. Worst, the ad said "transportation back to your hotel is on us" and I was told to get my own Uber at the end.
