우리는 전기가 없었을 때 토착민과 농민들이 하던 것처럼 구리 그릇으로 아이스크림을 준비할 것입니다. 우리는 국제 운동인 SlowFood에 속해 있으므로 장인의 방식으로 아이스크림을 만들어 감각을 위한 재미있고 혁신적인 경험을 통해 조상의 기술을 볼 수 있습니다.
이국적인 과일의 강렬한 풍미, 현지 요리법, 색상 및 크리미함은 대대로 이어져 내려온 "전설"에서 모두가 즐길 수 있는 절묘한 선택입니다.
