Mother and Daughter Outing
It was very fun and informing. She was very knowledgeable about the bread and the different ways to make it and to serve it. We got to learn about the bread while also trying it and doing it ourselves. The location was not what we had thought, but it made it cozy and more personal. Highly recommended!

Elena is a very personable and knowledgeable instructor. Her bread baking hints were extremely helpful and she was so encouraging. We are eager to bake more bread on our own. The class does take place in a personal home so don't be surprised upon arrival.

Joy to my tummy and soul
Artian Bread Baking experience was fun! The instructor, Elena was very nice, instructed well, and delightful personality. we knitted one loaf portion divided in two and constructed into two different breads. the instructor started and demonstrated how to knit, construct dough into the shape. we each took turn to do so. we also make fresh pesto, and it was quite nice! This was a great...
This was a great experience and so fun. The bread we made was delicious. Her instructions were easy to follow and loved how it was hands on. It was such a warm and inviting atmosphere, I would recommend it to locals and those visiting Phoenix. I went with my mom and husband. We had such a perfect time and really enjoyed how it was a private class. Would recommend and if she ever offers another type of class- we would sign up in a heartbeat!

Alina was great, can’t say enough good things about her, very friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. We learn lots and enjoyed the smells and tastes.
