Wonderful, Wonderful experience! The owner, Yvonne was wonderful. We learned about the history of all of the ingredients. We made delicious pesto. We tried it on focaccia with local wine Fantastic!
We had an amazing time making Pesto! First, I am never one to try something new and I had it in my mind that I did not like pesto but was up for the pesto making class. What an experience, Yvonne made it all fun and she was easy to follow along with. I love Pesto now! It is a bit of a walk up the hill to get to her shop but well worth it!

Yvonne did an excellent job with the history of the ingredients as well as teaching us how to make the most flavorable pesto. Treat at the end. One of our favourite activities during our visit! Gracie!

Yvonne welcomed us into her well-kept and cozy place, and guided us step by step in preparing the authentic Ligurian pesto made to perfection. The explanation was clear, detailed, and rich in curiosities about the ingredients and the tradition, focusing on every detail with great passion and expertise. She provided us with everything necessary to prepare the pesto, and at the end of the experience, we were able to enjoy it along with excellent focaccia, paired with a perfectly matched local wine...더 읽기
It was AMAZING! We started with a storied past of how all the ingredients came together, and then we had very detailed instruction on making our own pesto. It tasted great, the conversation was awesome, and the glass of wine and focaccia (both locally made) were incredible. We would definitely go back!!!!
