+9장의 사진Amazing fish course! This included going to buy the fish & ingredients. Chef Ali was fantastic. A great teacher & very passionate about his work & heritgage. I was a solo female & felt completely safe & in great company. The hostal we cooked in was lovely too & had a roof top terrace.. I specifically asked to do fish & Chef Ali taught me traditional Moroccan dishes as well as mint tea. Fantastic insight into Moroccan culture.
We had such a great experience! Ali was amazing from start to finish. We went together to the local shops to buy all the fresh ingredients, and he explained everything along the way, making us feel like we were part of a Berber family. Everything went really well, the food we cooked was delicious, and Ali made the whole experience so much fun and authentic. We would definitely recommend this workshop to anyone looking for something different and local.

Did the chicken tajine & taktouka class with Chef Ali and loved it. He’s super authentic, funny and honest, not just going through the motions. Took his time with everything, never felt rushed, and gave us really useful tips from his years as a chef. Food turned out delicious and we actually learned stuff we can use at home. Highly recommend to anyone, great experience overall!
It was great experience with Chef Ali , We went to the market together, bought the vegetables and spices we needed, cooked together, and enjoyed a tea ❤️❤️🫶🏻
