정통 크메르 요리로 유명한 페이퍼 타이거 이터리(Paper Tiger Eatery)에서 3시간 동안 진행되는 요리 강습을 통해 아목(Amok), 치킨 커리(Chicken Curry), 비프 록 락(Beef Loc Lac)과 같은 맛있는 크메르 요리를 준비하는 기술을 알아보세요. 1999년부터 국제 여행객을 대상으로 하는 씨엠립 최초의 요리 학교인 Paper Tiger는 독특한 요리 모험을 제공합니다. 수업에 사용되는 신선한 농산물과 육류에 대해 배울 수 있는 유서 깊은 시장을 방문하는 것으로 시작합니다. 식당으로 돌아오면 친절하고 숙련된 요리사가 선택한 크메르 요리의 준비 및 조리 과정을 안내합니다. 동료 학생들과 함께 만든 맛있는 식사를 공유하고 다음에 집에서 시도할 요리법에 대해 토론하십시오. 미래의 요리 노력을 지원하기 위해 식당을 떠난 후 디지털 레시피 북을 받게 됩니다.
