Really fun. Great food and lots of it. In a scenic neighborhood of BCN and wonderful, atmospheric apartment. Alphonso is a wonderful teacher and host.
Very hands on class, we learned so much! One thing we feel that is not adequately advertised is the view, it is incredible!! We were not able to eat on the rooftop due to weather but even the view from the apartment is beautiful! We'd love to do another class with them!
A wonderful afternoon, hands on cooking lesson and then a great meal with our chefs in their apartment overlooking the waterfront!
