This is hands down one of the most magical and unique experience you could find on the islands. The owners gave us lots of attention and personalized instructions on how to get our Baumstriezel cooked right. Plus, you get to learn about the history of Baumkuchen on a beautiful farm. Highly recommend.
This is a unique opportunity to combine Hawaiian and German cultures. Loved the farm and the class. The chocolate dipping sauce - yum!!

We booked the Baumstriezel baking in coordination with a free tour of Baumkuchen Farm on the same day. It was a great combination. Our hosts were so welcoming and excelled at explaining their baumkuchen product and process, showing us their farm’s other produce, and then guiding us through baking our own baumstriezel over the fire. It was a lovely way to spend an afternoon. Highly recommended!
