We loved our cooking class today. Oscar was a great instructor and threw in some fun little tidbits along the way. The dishes we made were delicious! I was fun to sit at the restaurant and eat what we made after class. So good!

Fun experience and great food. Learned a lot about Central American an Mayan food, and tried some new (local CA) fruits / veggies, as the staff was fun and knowledgable. In addition to making ceviche, we made three pupusas (one was a dessert pupusa), each. So much food that we asked for to go boxes! Tour was slightly shorter than 3 hours - about 2 hours to make the food and then we ate around noon. This is hosted in the restaurant - open air, so it's a bit loud with golf carts and such passin...더 읽기
