Our chef and assistant were delightful and our waiting staff in the restaurant were friendly and attentive. Thank you. I would highly recommend this cooking class
As per all other reviews , this was a highly enjoyable morning activity from 9.30 to about 2pm by the time you had eaten the food and visited the shop etc. Visited a local market to buy some ingredients and for explanation on some of the food items we would be using. The chef cooked each dish and then we went to our own station to cook ourselves with their help if required. Before watching the next demonstration, it was a very friendly and easy to follow. This was an absolutely amazing experience from beginning to end. We arrived early and were able to take photos and view the restaurant and grounds while they were empty. Our instructor met us and explained what we would be doing once the other attendees arrived. She took us to the local market and helped us to identify many of the ingredients we would be using in the meals we made. This cooking school is so professional and a must do!! The food was easy to prepare and we all ate our own dishes. It was fantastic!
