바르셀로나의 보데가 투어에서 우리는 역사적이고 다문화적인 엘 라발(El Raval) 지역에 들러 먼저 잊지 못할 동네 명소에서 카탈로니아 브랜디를 곁들인 커피인 카라히요(carajillo)를 맛보게 됩니다. 거기에서 우리는 전통에 현대적인 감각을 더한 산 안토니(San Antoni)와 포블레 섹(Poble Sec) 지역의 좀 더 고급스러운 식품점으로 향할 것입니다. 스페인 전역에서 구하기 힘든 와인과 함께 고급 카탈로니아 와인도 맛보실 수 있으며, 다른 즐거움 중에서도 장인이 만든 지역 치즈, 현대적인 핀초소(바스크 스타일 타파스), 최고급 와인을 맛보실 수 있습니다. 멸치와 문어 튀김이 드라이 하우스 카바와 짝을 이룹니다. 전통적인 오후 "버무스 시간" 동안 우리는 버무트를 제대로 완성할 것입니다. 즉, 고명으로 올리브만 곁들여 차게 서빙하고, 가끔 뿌릴 수 있는 옛날 소다 사이펀 병, 그리고 물론 완벽하게 몇 개를 준비하는 것입니다. 옆에 타파스 쌍.
