와인 전문가가 동행하는 이 서비스는 보르도 포도원, 역사 및 전통에 대한 소개로 구성됩니다. 시음 기술 소개; 지역에서 발견되는 많은 분류에 대한 설명; 현지 샤퀴테리와 치즈를 기본으로 한 식사와 함께 우리가 숙성한 4가지 오래된 빈티지의 훌륭한 보르도 와인을 시음합니다.
2010년 이전의 빈티지와 함께 와인을 맛볼 수 있고, 보르도의 양면을 대표할 것이고, 우리는 1990년대, 1980년대, 때로는 1970년대로 내려갈 것입니다. 와인 전문가와 함께 오래된 빈티지의 그랑 크뤼 클라세(Grand Cru Classé) 와인을 맛볼 수 있는 특별한 기회입니다.
