On cuisine des choses simples et on apprend énormément sur les ingrédients, la culture et les habitudes mexicaines. Au final tout est délicieux et on a passé un super moment avec des gens très sympathiques et authentiques.
The class was fun, we learned to make tacos de birria and poblano peppers, guacamole and green and red sauce. The class was about 3h, we can recommend it! At the end, chef Alberto sent us his recipes via email so we can try to cook some Mexican food at home :)

Excellent class! I absolutely adored spending my birthday with Alberto and his mother Lilly. They made us feel right at home. And not to mention the food was DELICIOUS 🥰
