such a fun evening
Chef Kari was so great. It was like being invited over to a family member’s home for dinner. i enjoyed learning abt Caribbean cooking and ingredients specific to it. My daughter still says it was her best meal in Aruba. we were in Aruba 6 days so that’s quite the compliment! i have a gluten allergy so lost out on tasting a lot of the delicious foods. I am so happy to have met you and your family Angela! What a wonderful bunch you are! I am really blessed to have had you show me the hidden gluten in so many ingredients and this actually makes me much more able to serve those with severe gluten allergies going forward. And yes, those substitutions we discussed will absolutely allow you to recreate at home! Amazing food and unforgettable experience!
This was hands down the best meal we had on the island! The flavors, the vibe, the hospitality is unmatched! We learned so much and cooked an unforgettable meal. So thankful that we were able to do this!

Great Experience!
Loved this cooking experience! Kari, the host, was fabulous and so personable. We met another family and food blogger in the class and it was just very relaxed and informative. My two teenage sons loved the experience as well!
