These memories will last forever! I wish I had more time to spend with Hector and Ricardo, two very special, compassionate men. I highly recommend their classes!
We had a great experience at the Peruvian cooking class in Lima. We learned a lot and prepared several different dishes. The tiradito and ceviche were absolutely delicious — restaurant-quality, in our opinion. We're looking forward to making these dishes at home. Ricardo is a fantastic host and an excellent teacher. If you're looking for a cooking class in Lima, we highly recommend this company. You'll have a great time and learn a lot about Peruvian cuisine.

The adventure continues at his charming cooking studio, loc...더 읽기

From mastering the art of making tigermilk to working with the fish and all the fresh ing...더 읽기
