로마 파스타 만들기 수업에서는 처음부터 로마 긴 모양의 파스타(Tonnarelli)를 만드는 법을 배우게 됩니다. 셰프의 지도를 받으며 표준 주방 도구를 사용하게 되며 특별한 장비는 필요하지 않습니다.
