프로그램 세부사항
Peljesac 반도는 크로아티아 최고의 와인이 재배되는 곳입니다! 일반적인 하루는 오전 9시경 소그룹으로 시작하여 오후 5시경에 돌아옵니다. 3개의 와이너리 방문, 포도밭, 가능할 경우 와인메이커 회의, 원하는 시간에 스톤(Ston) 시내 관광을 포함하는 소그룹 일일 투어.
낮에는 크로티아 와인, 역사, 포도 품종, 와인 제조 방법, 오늘날 생산되는 와인의 다양한 스타일, 와인의 품질과 가격에 영향을 미치는 요소, 스파클링 와인 및 샴페인 스타일 와인 등에 대해 배우게 됩니다.
와인과 음식의 매칭에 많은 관심을 기울일 것이며, 타파스 스타일의 음식도 포함될 것입니다.

Great variety of wineries, some teaching and a fabulous lunch! The tour was nicely paced. Be sure to bring water so you can enjoy each winery!
Mario is very knowledgeable! We learnt a lot and had a great time. Nice transportation in a smart air conned mini van which we appreciated. Visited areas that we wouldn’t have otherwise been to.
