This company gave me all the tours in BOGOTA, helped me organize every day, solved and supported me in everything!! good service, they are proactive and always available to help; While we were in Bogota they were always on the lookout for everything we needed.

Excellent tour !
Visiting Bogota, we looked for a coffee tour, our driver guide Rodrigo was so nice and informative, on the Coffee plantation, we took the tour with Julian who was very friendly, knowledgeable and passionate explaining all the process through coffee stages.
It was a wonderful day with beautiful scenery, totally recommended.

Rewarding experience
The coffee tour was beyond amazing! Julien is the best tour guide with so much knowledge about the plant life at the hacienda and of course the coffee process. Oswaldo our driver was so friendly and kind, not to mention an excellent driver :) highly recommend this tour to see how Colombian coffee is made and to try the coffee and coffee liquors the hacienda coloma has to offer! One of the highlights of the trip for sure!

mi tocca dare tre stelle, e le do soltanto perché la nostra guida Roberto è stata gentilissima e simpaticissima. Se non fosse stato per lui avrei dato meno. Avevamo comunicato un cambio di luogo per il prelievo, e ci hanno fatto aspettare un'ora in mezzo alla strada senza risponderci e lasciandoci lì così. Thanks for your comment. We would like to clarify how the situation was:
You purchased at the second meeting point at 8 am for the tour. However, the night before the tour you changed your pick-up point at 7 am at parque de la 93 and the change was accepted. It was updated in the system and everything was scheduled. The next day when the tour was taking place, the logistics person did not notice the change in the system and the driver went to point #2 as initially agreed and that was the problema. Then, of course the delay arriving to pick you up occurred; he needed to go back.
We accept that there was a logistics error on our part, we do not know why the system returned the change made, and we also accept that there were communication problems (language) when telling you that the driver was going to pick you up. But we as a company have been doing this for years with quality and satisfaction rates of 99.99% and honestly if it is not the first time it happens, it is the second, and with so many reservations that we have every day it is an excellent indicator.
The problem was that change that you gave us on the fly, the system failed, and at morning time we didn't notice this. All of these combined, the mistake. Apologies.
Regarding the tour, this is one of the best options on the market in terms of price, as in what is included and what is done. We go to a relevant venues for tourism that is the Tequendama waterfall, and also to a famous coffee farm in Colombia that is Coloma,then we go up a mountain to see the Andean landscape. Hundreds of tourists have loved the tour.
