The best culinary surprise in ages!
We went with 13 friends on a trip to Albania and got to experience a taste of the traditional Albanian cuisine and all the backstories of how the cuisine came to be! Sokol is an excellent chef and is very knowledgeable about the heritage of all the ingredients and tries to emphasize originality and the tradition of the Albanian people and their exciting history! Excellent experience
This year, we spent our office trip in Albania. On the recommendation of a travel agency, we took a cooking class with Sokol. A very pleasant man. We immediately felt at home. Full of passion, he taught us traditional Albanian cuisine. Sokol prepared everything meticulously and taught us many tips and tricks. What an experience. We enjoyed it immensely and can only recommend it. Many thanks for the fantastic evening, Sokol!

Esperienza indimenticabile
Posto magnifico con cucina stupenda, complimenti per il format innovativo e il concept. Sokol e bravissimo sia a cucinare sia a spiegare e renderti partecipe in quello che sta facendo spiegando la filosofia e le tradizioni albanesi, con tanti cenni culturali storici!
Ma quello che fanno da padrone sono il cibo e i sapori!
Consiglio vivamente a chi vuole fare un esperienza indimenticabile.

Friends trip
Amazing journey through Albanian cuisine over the centuries. With a group of 13 friends and we left the building in a group of 20 friends. Unforgettable experience with the best host and chef Sokol and of course the rest of his team. What a hospitality! Rustique and pure foods, amazing flavours, history, love and great storys. A must visit when you are in Tirana! Thanks guys!
