프로그램 세부사항
트라스테베르(Trastevere)의 중심부에서 고전적인 이탈리아 요리를 요리하는 방법을 배우십시오. Campo de' Fiori 시장 방문 후 재료를 구입하려면 수업을위한 개인 아파트로 이동하십시오. 전문적이고 자격을 갖춘 셰프 중 한 명의 조언을 받아 3개의 다른 소스(또는 채우기)로 3종류의 파스타를 만드실 수 있으며, 4/5 개의 요리를 제공합니다. 코스의 수는 우리가 일단 시장에서 무엇을 선택하는지에 따라 달라집니다. 숫자는 소규모 그룹 경험을 위해 10 명으로 제한됩니다.
